About the event

Heartbeat Music and Performing Arts Academy is delighted to offer advertising opportunities in our program book, providing a lasting tribute to your loved one. 

Whether you choose a full-page color ad or a smaller black ink option, your contribution will help us continue to enrich the lives of young lives in our community. 

Please find below the details for our advertising options: 

AD TYPE COST AD SIZE (wide x high) 

 Full Page, Full Color - $250.00 - 7-1/2” wide x 10” high 

Full Page, Black Ink - $200.00 - 7-1/2” wide x 10” high 

1/2 Page, Color- $125.00 - 7-1/2” wide x 4-7/8” high

 1/2 Page, Black Ink - $100.00 - 7-1/2” wide x 4-7/8” high 

To submit your advertisement, please follow these steps: 

Fill out the attached advertisement form (https://forms.gle/Axb5pH5ZBziK9sqz8) with your preferred ad type and details and ad purchase receipt. Design your ad according to the specifications provided. Please be sure to save your file including the name of the person for whom your ad is intended. Only requests will proof of purchase will be acknowledged. 

The deadline for submission is May 17th, 2024 at 12PM. We encourage you to reserve your space early to ensure inclusion in our program book.
